My Engine light was on for two weeks but you finally were able to get a thermostate for my 2019 Chevy Trax (which I love). My car was fixed in a timely manor and I left Gentilini with heat and a new headlight. Was so great to finally have heat in my car after that freezing cold week. However next day my engine light came back on and is still on today. I called this morning and I have to take my car back again to see why. Service there is always top notch and I will be headed back this Friday to be checked again.

Very poor communication from the service team. They told me my car would be ready by 5 pm and I went to pick up my car and it was not ready or fixed yet. I drove all the way there and no car. I was expecting to get it Saturday but I was told the mechanic who was working on it doesn’t work Saturdays. So I had no car for the weekend which was not good. They didn’t seem to concerned that I was inconvenienced in any way

The vehicle I purchased had a broken radio and we made an appointment to have it fixed. It was supposed to be fixed for free. When we had the vehicle serviced they charged us $166 plus told us that we needed to pay approximately $900 for a new radio. After a few discussions including with Dave Sage, our salesman, the situation was rectified and the radio is going to be replaced without charge. I didn’t appreciate the attitude however of the manager we spoke to, he was very condescending and smug.

Outstanding as usual. When I walked in I was greeted by Bill the Service Rep.. Bill kept me advised of the status of the vehicle. I was then greeted by Tina another Service Rep. Tina also kept me advised of the status of the vehicle. The service took a little longer then usual since they had to replace the fuel pressure valve. When the vehicle was finished it ran great and still is. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I take my vehicles to Gentilini because of the Service Rep.s and the mechanics. I trust them with Family's lives working on the vehicles.

My only regret is that I forget the girl's name that worked the service desk that Sarurday. She should make a training video for every other business around to teach them how to assist and treat customers! What a great employee!!! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation only, always bring the vehicle to same dealership. Somehow in that 45 minute time period my TMPS sensor went bad, and need a new one. Mind you, I've had no previous issues with TMPS or warnings since I've had the vehicle for four years.

We purchased all our vehicles from salesman Dave Sage who is an awesome individual who is professional and courteous. The last purchase we made was for a used Chevy trax. The radio wasn’t working so Dave told us to make an appointment for a free repair. We were met with discourteous personnel and a huge hassle. Dave straightened out the situation. Next, we had our first free oil change, same discourteous personnel and hassle. Dave had to straighten that situation out as well. We will not be utilizing chevy service in the future due to our unfortunate experiences.

My experience at the dealership, I would say, a typical session. The staff was friendly and courteous. The one little issue I had with the session was the time it took to get the job done. I was told that it would take about two hours when it actually took almost 4 hours. Had I had a better estimate I may have arranged transportation instead of waiting at the dealership.

Engine light came on so took the van to a local shop, they said there device indicated it was a fuel system issue. Apparently they deleted the message off the van and when I took the van to Gentilini service they gave me a loner vehicle for a few days so they could periodically drive the van to get the message back however they had no luck retrieving the message.. I’ve been using the van daily for about a month now and the van runs fine.

I went in for a tire that was losing air quickly 😳 , I didn’t have an appt , I just went hoping they could fix it , it was a Saturday & they had limited hours & staff , because the 4th of July was right around the corner , Well they took care of the problem ( a huge screw ) & so efficient. Thank you !!! I’m a senior citizen & tire changing days are over for me 😂 So I couldn’t appreciate more , the quick response & efficiency & kindness that I received!!!

I had gone in for the oil change and tire rotation. As well as to look at a window that hasn't been working. Everything was fine till the service girl told me that the window needed a new motor and will be replaced. I was under the impression that window motor on the driver side (what I had gone into for) was being replaced again. I've been in a few times for this issue with this side of the car. At 1 point of getting the car a few months after having it both back windows stopped working f when it warm out. So from what I understood was that the past times I was in the macanic were looking at the passenger side window that had the motor replaced already. I was just very frustrated that there were confusions and I was now out of my original warranty because of miles. I asked to speak with a manager. Jim who I've worked with before buying my extended warranty and replacing my back windshield wiper blade. Came over and remembered my problems with the driver side window and wond up taking care of everything and getting it corrected and said he'll speak with everyone to ensure the communication is put through from customer to service desk to mechanic. I give 5 stars to Jim for taking care of things and making it right and making me a happy customer.

Started off a little rocky . Car broke down on Tuesday afternoon at Maurice town diner. Called for tow .not available. Private tow to Gentilini.left keys as instructed in lock box. Called next afternoon ,still in box .told not sure when would be able to see as we didn’t have an appointment. After some discussion,My vehicle was able to be seen later on Thursday .MAP sensor was bad.work was completed that afternoon. The technician completed the work .It is running well. I understand that times are difficult with employees and parts. I feel that communication is one of the most important essentials to keep a business going. In the end all was well.TY

Bill was not transparent and was rude when discussing when he would be able to get to my car. I have purchased 2 other vehicles prior to having my new car towed there because of the great service I had prior. Not happy with the way things were going I had my car towed out to a dealer who was upfront on the number of back orders with parts and things going wrong within Chevy. If I received this transparency from Gentilini, I would not have an issue keeping my car there. However, the other dealership gave me a car and told me the situation with parts informing me it could be a week or months until they get the parts, at least I know what to expect.

On site dealership experience is always great! Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff. The service itself, I didn't get an updated sticker on my windshield. The on dash system shows my oil is down at 40%. Should be at 100% after an oil change. I ordered a new taillight and have yet to hear from anyone on it's arrival so that I can get it fixed.

Second time bringing my truck for service in a month and second time the service was the worst i have ever seen. Both times had truck for over a day and a half with no update, i had to call. The most recent i was told the wheel alignment was redone however the alignment sheet i was given still had reds and yellows , should be all green. Truck still pulled to the right and even worse than when i brought it in. Second i was told the passenger side parking brake was rusted and needed to be replaced for $459. I said no thank you and was told truck is ready to pick up then. When i got home removed passenger side rear brake to inspect and replace parking brake assembly. To my surprise there was nothing there, parking brake shoes & springs, etc were all gone. Parking brake cable was tie wrapped to the dust shield. I was never told that was how it was left by the technician or manager. My next step is better business bureau. Not enough room her to go over the first experience when they had my truck for 10 days.

Service done well. Car returned clean and orderly. Price for oil change was very fair. Cost for transmission service a bit high, especially the amount charged for the transmission fluid. Dealership used to offer specials on this vital service; however, no longer coupons for this service. Another suggestion would be to move along the cars in the service line. Several cars were blocking the entrance. Two of the cars sat in the line after my car was taken back. If these cars are being serviced later, someone in the service area should move them to a parking spot. It is frustrating when you have a scheduled appointment to not be able to drive up to the service entrance.

The appointment was made without any problems by friendly and polite staff. The work was completed within a couple of hours, and everything was done by quality craftsmen. Drop my vehicle off on October 12th for service., to have ane lube, oil, filter, fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter, transmission service, front and rear differential oil changed. I called Thursday October 16th, and told I didn't have an appointment and that they were business. I received a call back an was told that the vehicle will be ready on Friday 17th. Never received a phone call if it was. On Monday, I called and said they would talk to the technician. Received a call at 4:45 on Monday that the vehicle was ready. I have been customer of Chevrolet, and Gentilini Chevrolet for 7 years, and purchased a new vehicle from them. Never had an issue in the past.

Took a few days to get it in, which was frustrating, but when I did get in, everything was great. As it turned out, there was a recall issued the previous day, so the service was free. Everyone was helpful and courteous and problem was solved.

Wayne Sedberry came through for me at the last minute because when no one showed up to pick my vehicle up for the service appointment I called him and he came right down to take my vehicle and return it back to me. When I see this appointment up weeks before the date I told the girl I would need my vehicle picked up from my place of employment like has always been done for me before on my Ford side experience but again when no one showed up I called and she told me that I would have to be rescheduled because that’s not what was booked so the ball was dropped but Wayne came to my rescue and thankfully so because I was leaving to drive to Florida 2 days later.

The folks in the Service Department did an outstanding job on my 2020 Equinox. I had a mishap when entering the Service area, and personnel were fast to respond to my aid. They assisted me getting first aid and repeatedly checked on my wellbeing as Service was being performed. The next day I received a call from a service technician inquiring on my situation. Even one of the Gentilini family came to me asking how I was feeling. Need I say more? Just outstanding service front to back.
